Aluminum has an attractive and corrosion resistant surface in its natural state. However, several surface treatments not only improve the aluminum’s resistance to corrosion and mechanical properties, but also its aesthetical appearance. FISA counts with three different main treatments to be applied on the surfaces of aluminum extrusions. These are anodizing (mate and polished) and electrostatic powder and liquid coatings.
